We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be clean, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of wear, washing, scent, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for refund.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
